The simple structural sanctuary of the temple is the idol of Marsakanda Devi, beautiful adorned with silk robes and silver crowns. The idol of Lord Hanuman and also the statue of a goddess sitting on a lion can be see on the temple grounds. Ganga Dussehra is a major festival celebrated here. The festival begins on the first day on the tenth day. Navaratri is also celebrated at this temple.
